Return/Exchange/Missing

Hello World!

We exchange of broken product in courier only.

Provide image of your invoice along with broken item picture within 20 mins of receiving the parcel to claim your exchange. We don’t claim exchange if you inform us about the damage after 20 minutes of receiving the parcel.

We don’t provide refund or return if a product doesn’t suits your skin type.

For missing item send us your invoice picture.

Order Delivery Time

Delivery time is 3-5 working days nationwide in Pakistan.
Orders placed during Sales/Promotions can take upto 9 working days for delivery.
Orders placed in other cities than karachi order might take upto 7 working days.
Any returns/reattempt due to incorrect number or address or inactive contact number, delivery charges for re-attempt will be charged, please keep your given numbers active always until parcel is received.
Working days are (Monday-Friday)

Change Of Mind/Order Cancellations

NO ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED. YOU HAVE TO RECEIVE AND PAY.

INCASE DELIVERY ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE & CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN SHOWN & YOU DENY TO RECEIVE PARCEL OR WISH TO DELIVER NEXT DAY. SECOND ATTEMPT OF DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED.

Kindly respect the professionalism attitude between two parties always. No misbehaviours will be tolerated & you’ll be immediately banned Incase you’re found fraudulent or fake customer.
